Problem

Developers cannot programmatically control the widget, respond to events, or integrate deeply with their applications without comprehensive API documentation and functionality.

Proposed Solution

Document and stabilize the JavaScript API including: widget control methods (open, close, toggle), event listeners (open, close, message, ready), user identification, context setting, and runtime configuration updates.
